Three addresses, all read by a person: support, privacy and security.

E-mail is the only channel. There is no form, chat or ticket system to fill in, and every message is read by a person.

Reporting a problem with a tool

A good report lets us reproduce the problem on the first try. Please include:

  1. the page address of the tool you used,
  2. the file type and roughly how large it was,
  3. what you expected and what happened instead,
  4. your browser and its version, plus the device if it is a phone or tablet.

A screenshot of the error or of the odd result usually helps more than the original picture, so keep your image to yourself unless we ask for it.

Data protection requests

We have no user accounts and keep no pictures, so the usual answer to a data request is a written statement that nothing is held about you. We reply within the legal deadline, which is 30 days under the GDPR and the LGPD. The privacy policy explains in detail what is processed and why.

Security reports

Tell us what you found and how to trigger it, and give us a chance to fix it before you publish anything. There is no paid bug bounty. Researchers who disclose responsibly are thanked publicly when the fix goes live, if they wish. Our security.txt lists the same address.

Response times

Araluma is run by a small independent operation in Brazil, without a support shift. Most messages get a reply within five business days. If something is urgent, say so in the subject and it will be looked at first.

We answer in English and Portuguese. Messages in other languages are welcome too, and we will reply with the help of machine translation, which can take a little longer.
